• Any illegal or unethical use of the link or QR code is strictly prohibited.

3. Commission and Payments

• You will receive 40% commission on wallet top-ups made through your referral link or QR code.

• Minimum top-up is ₹100 for India and $1000 for international users. There is no maximum limit.

• Commission payments will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or our designated system.

• Commission will be credited only after payments are successfully verified.

• If any error or fraud is detected in a payment, the commission may be canceled.

4. Wallet Credits and Product Usage

• Users can read eBooks and listen to audiobooks using wallet credits.

• Users can recharge when wallet credits are low or exhausted.

• Promoters earn commission on every top-up.

• You will also earn commission on future eBooks, audiobooks, and products purchased through your referral link.

• New eBooks and audiobooks are added every month.

5. Tracking and Cookies

• Payments made through referral links and QR codes will be tracked for 365 days per user per top-up.

• Tracking may be affected by clearing browser cookies, hard refresh, or changing settings.

6. Misconduct and Rule Violations

• Commission earned through spam, fake promotions, bots, or any fraudulent activity may be canceled.

• Your promoter account may be permanently terminated if unethical or illegal activity is detected.

• Misuse of another promoter’s link is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Promoters have no access to users’ personal information.

• Referral links and QR codes can only be used to earn commission.

• Misuse of confidential information may result in disqualification from the promoter program.

8. Payments and Minimum Threshold

• Payments will be made only after reaching a minimum commission of ₹1000.

• The website is not responsible for any delays due to technical or banking issues.

• Monthly earnings details will be available in the dashboard.

9. Taxes and Legal Responsibility

• Promoters are responsible for taxes applicable to their earnings.

• The website will not be responsible for any tax or legal obligations.

10. Changes and Termination

• The website reserves the right to modify rules, terms, commission rates, or the program at any time.

• The promoter program may be terminated at the sole discretion of the website.
