1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

• All Sales Final: All wallet top-ups and Token purchases are final and non-refundable.

• No Reversals: Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

• No Cash Value: Tokens once purchased cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into real cash.

• Wallet Integrity: Unused Tokens will remain securely inside your user wallet for future use but cannot be refunded.

2. Nature of Digital Service

• Instant Processing: Hinduism.net.in provides instant access to digital content (eBooks and Audiobooks) immediately after Tokens are applied.

• Non-Reversible Access: Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital content consumption, standard returns or cancellations do not apply.

• Browser Streaming Only: All content is accessible strictly through online reading and listening via the browser, meaning items cannot be downloaded or physically returned.

3. Payment Methods

• For India: Payments may be made using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other supported local payment methods.

• For International Users: Payments are accepted exclusively through Wise (Wise-to-Wise transfer) from a verified user account.

• Transaction Responsibility: Tokens are credited to your account only after successful payment verification. Hinduism.net.in is not responsible for incorrect payment details, delays, or failed transactions caused by user error or third-party banking networks.

4. Payment Issues & Verification Support

If you experience technical payment anomalies, such as a duplicate payment, a technical system timeout, or a situation where a payment was completed but your Tokens were not added:

• 24-Hour Notice: You must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.

• Required Details: Provide your registered email ID, the exact date/time of the transaction, and a valid payment receipt or screenshot.

• Resolution Process: We will investigate the transaction log. If the systemic issue is verified on our end, the correct balance of Tokens will be manually added to your profile. No monetary or cash refunds will be issued in any case.

5. Content Access & Technical Issues

If you face unexpected technical problems, such as an eBook failing to load, an Audiobook not playing, or a platform translation tool malfunction:

• Immediate Support: Contact us immediately at our unified support email address.

• Resolution Protocol: Issues will be actively investigated. Tokens or profile settings may be adjusted internally only if a system-wide platform error is confirmed by our technical team.

6. Fraud, Chargebacks & Misuse

If a user submits fake or manipulated payment proofs, initiates credit card chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving account Tokens, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities:

• Right to Terminate: Hinduism.net.in reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account, revoke all remaining platform Tokens, and block future access.

• No Restitution: Absolutely no refunds or token adjustments will be provided to accounts flagged for fraudulent activity.

7. Promoter (Affiliate) Payments

• Promoter earnings are entirely separate from standard wallet Tokens and are calculated based on valid, verified user referrals.

• Payout Rails: Handled via UPI or Bank Transfer within India, and exclusively via Wise for international partners.

• Fraud Clause: Payouts will be permanently withheld or rejected in cases of invalid activity, self-referrals, or general affiliate program abuse.

8. Security and Data Protection

• User transaction data is handled securely using industry-standard measures to monitor and prevent automated fraud.

• Financial metadata is only used to verify your wallet credits and is never shared or sold to outside marketing groups.
