1. Purpose of Service

Hinduism.net.in is a digital platform where users can read and listen to eBooks and Audiobooks online.

• Browser Access Only: All content is available only through the browser.

• No Downloading: Downloading is strictly prohibited.

• DRM Protection: All content is protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology.

• Translation Features: All eBooks and Audiobooks are originally available in Hindi and English, and can be translated or listened to in the user’s selected language via our platform’s translation tools.

2. User Account

• Mandatory Registration: Creating an account is mandatory to use the services.

• Information Accuracy: User-provided information must be accurate and up to date.

• Verification: Email verification is mandatory (if applicable).

• Account Suspension / Termination: Hinduism.net.in reserves the right to, without prior notice, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any user account if fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, or rule violations are detected.

3. Content Access and Usage

• Limited Previews: Without login, only limited samples will be available.

• Token Requirements: Tokens are required for full content access.

• Lifetime Access Condition: After a one-time Token usage, the respective eBook / Audiobook will be available for lifetime access on the platform.

• Platform Liability: If the platform shuts down or content is removed due to technical reasons, Hinduism.net.in does not guarantee continued access.

4. Wallet and Token Rules

• Platform Currency: All payments on the platform are made in the form of “Tokens” used strictly for platform usage.

• No Cash Value: Tokens cannot be converted or withdrawn into cash, and they hold no real monetary value.

• System Modifications: Hinduism.net.in reserves the right to modify the Token system at any time.

5. Payments and Wallet Top-up

• Domestic Payments (India): Processed via UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.

• International Payments: Processed strictly via Wise (Wise to Wise transfer). International users must create/use a Wise account, add funds first, and then transfer to our designated Wise account.

• Payment Completion: Users must complete the full payment first before clicking “I have sent the money.” Providing incorrect information may result in payment rejection.

6. Payment Disputes and Fraud Protection

• Fake Receipts: If a user uploads a fake payment receipt, the account may be immediately terminated and all Tokens removed.

• Disputes & Chargebacks: In case of a chargeback or payment dispute, the related account may be immediately suspended.

7. Refund Policy

• Final Sales: All payments are final and non-refundable.

• No Token Refunds: No refunds will be provided for Tokens under any circumstances.

8. Promoter (Affiliate) Program

We offer a promoter program providing commissions on initial and repeated wallet top-ups.

• Fraud Prevention: Fake referrals or self-referrals are strictly prohibited. If fraud is detected, earnings may be withheld and the account terminated.

• Payout Methods: India payouts are handled via UPI / Bank. International payouts are handled exclusively via Wise.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content belongs to Hinduism.net.in or its licensors. Copying, sharing, scraping, or republishing any material is strictly prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not use hacking tools, bots, or automated scripts, damage the infrastructure, or harm other users of the platform.

11. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party integrations (such as Wise and various payment gateways). We do not have full control over these services, and their independent terms may differ.

12. Service Changes or Termination

Hinduism.net.in reserves the right to modify services, remove specific features, or temporarily/permanently shut down the platform at our sole discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

Hinduism.net.in shall not be held responsible for data loss, server downtime, payment processing delays, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall never exceed the exact amount paid by the user to the platform.

14. Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes

These terms are governed strictly by Indian laws. All legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in Indian courts.
