Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made on hinduism.net.in—including memberships for the Hall of Promoters (₹121/year) and page sponsorships for Spread Hinduism (₹501/year)—are non-refundable contributions dedicated to digital seva. No refunds or returns are issued under any circumstances once a contribution is processed.
1. Digital Patronage & Non-Physical Goods
Our platform provides digital membership listings and online content sponsorships to fund the open-access publication of authentic Vedic literature. Because these are immediate digital services and financial contributions towards ongoing research and platform infrastructure:
- No Physical Returns: There are no physical items, books, or merchandise shipped that can be returned or exchanged.
- Immediate Allocation: Contributions are immediately utilized to sustain digital server costs, article research, and platform growth.
2. Non-Recurring Annual Validity
All sponsorships and promoter packages are valid for exactly 1 Full Year (365 days) from the date of purchase. As stated across our site, contributions do not auto-renew or recur automatically, so you will never be charged again without your explicit manual renewal.
3. Payment Issue Assistance
While refunds are not provided for intentional contributions, if you experience a technical error—such as a duplicate charge caused by a payment gateway glitch—we are happy to inspect the transaction logs and resolve accidental duplicate charges promptly.
